The long enveloping cushion from Amma Thérapie is very versatile. With its 6 sections that keep the grains in place, the compress can coat all parts of the body to relieve muscle stiffness, stomach aches, injuries, migraines, arthritis, etc. It can also be placed on the back during a massage. It can be heated or cooled, it is very versatile and suitable for the whole family.

Manual :

There heat therapy releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves stomach aches, and helps with relaxation and breastfeeding.

Microwave: Place the cushion on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for approximately 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.

Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the cushion on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the cushion by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to heat the cushion again while it is still lukewarm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 unattended with a cushion.

There COLD therapy decreases inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.

Interview :

The cushion is not washable in water. Protect it from dust and place it on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs.
