Usage tips

Use 2-3 times a day.

• Infants (0-12 months): 2 sprays
• Children (1-5 years): 4 sprays
• Children (6-11 years): 6 sprays
• Teenagers/Adults (12 years and over): 8 sprays

*This formula is not designed for infant colic. In this case, opt instead for the Catnip and Fennel formula, which is designed to relieve gas, baby's colic and digestive disturbances in newborns and infants.
