How to use the mask:
There COLD therapy decreases inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.
Store the mask in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
There heat therapy relieves dry eyes, helps clear the airways during sinusitis and helps relaxation.
Microwave: Place the mask on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the mask for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.
Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the mask on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the mask for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the mask by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to heat the mask again while it is still lukewarm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 unattended with a mask. Do not leave the hot mask on the eyes for more than 5 consecutive minutes.
The mask is not washable in water. Protect it from dust and place it on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. Avoid using the mask on a make-up face or after applying a moisturizer.
