• Noble chamomile is recognized for its calming and soothing properties. It allows children (and older) who are restless, anxious, nervous or have difficulty falling asleep to help them calm down. It also works wonders in case of insomnia or nightmares.
• Lavender is recommended for its relaxing and sedative properties. It helps to reduce nervousness, anxiety, stress and agitation in children.

Diffusion of essential oils:

• Never use the diffuser continuously in a closed room or the whole night.
• Do not diffuse on face or eyes.
