Rubus idaeus (raspberry) leaves (raspberry leaves), nepeta cataria (catnip), trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek), foeniculum vulgare (fennel) seeds (fennel seeds), lavandula angustifolia (lavender), cnicus benedictus (holy basil) .
Properties
This herbal tea is based on so-called "galactogenic" plants, that is to say, which promote the production of breast milk. This is the case with catnip, fenugreek and fennel seeds.
