PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The inventory of products is updated daily, the quantity of products indicated is that which was available at the time of the last update. Obviously, we do not hold ourselves responsible for stock shortages, but if this is the case, we will then see to notify you as soon as possible.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices displayed are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and delivery charges. The prices in force are those displayed at the time of paying for the order. The order is payable in a single payment, no layaway.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We make it our duty to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the item you received, return it and we will refund the price paid except the shipping cost.

In the event of returning items, the buyer pays the shipping costs of the returned items. Refunds will be made once the returned items have been received. Any returned item must not have been worn or washed, it must also have its original tags in place.

NO exchanges or refunds on underwear.

Any item sold as a discount is considered a final sale.

RETURN OF GOODS

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. Please refer to the options below to determine which return options are available for the item you wish to return:

-Defective items can be returned within 10 days, from the date of purchase.
-Items can be exchanged for a different size within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Unwanted items can be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Underwear cannot be returned.

After considering your options, please contact us within the period indicated to request the return. Once we have received your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the possibility of returning the item(s) and you can proceed with the return so that they are replaced. ).

ORDER CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service. We will do our best to process your request to cancel and/or amend your order if it has not yet been shipped. However, once an order is sent through the delivery process, we will not be able to make any further changes or cancellations.

DELIVERY

The price for the delivery of our items is based on the fact that our items are only available by Canada Post in Canada. However, if you live outside of Canada, please contact us and we will be happy to ship your order to you, but additional charges will apply.
