How to use the cushion:
There heat therapy releases muscle tension, promotes vascularization, relieves colic, stomach aches and helps relaxation.
Microwave: Place the cushion on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.
Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the cushion on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.
ATTENTION! Be careful to avoid burning yourself. Move the seeds around in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the cushion by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to heat the cushion again while it is still lukewarm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under 3 unattended with a cushion.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.
Cushion Care:
The cushion is not washable in water. Protect it from dust and place it on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. You must throw it away if a child vomits on the cushion.
